The difference? For me, it’s focus. Focussing on the important things in the business you lead and how you balance that with the life you lead. 

That’s where I come in.

With a background in both Executive Coaching and Strategy, and with years of leadership experience, I can help you focus on the things that will drive your organisation forward - or simply be a shoulder to lean on, or someone to challenge and develop your thinking.

It’s like having a strategy guy and an executive coach on your team when you need it – someone 100% focused on helping you lead a better organisation and a more balanced life. 


Who I work with, and my approach…

Typically, I work with two types of leaders:

Established Leaders – Most leaders are OK most of the time, but every now and then need to reboot – a new strategy, organisation change or new team - or just need a sounding board to bounce things off or help source solutions they are too time-poor to find.

Emerging Leaders – Leaders who are at the top of your talent grid, and are preparing to take on, or have started a broader leadership role. Typically, the challenge of moving from functional to broad leadership starts on day 1 and it’s important that these leaders start strong – with a clear vision, right team, aligned organisation and strong persona and communication plan.

Making it real...

Every leadership relationship is different and totally tailored to the leader’s needs, but executive coaching and strategy can seem like broad, open ended, vague concepts - so I’ve tried to condense the core of what I can and can’t help with into clear offerings to start with.
